Prices:
On the website you can decide which currency the prices will be displayed in. It is also clear whether VAT is included or not. If you make no changes to the prices shown in SEK and 25% VAT is included. Hobbytronik reserves the right to adjust prices due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipping will be added to all orders. For some payment methods will further an additional fee.

Stock:
All goods are normally in stock unless otherwise stated. Should it happen that a product is out of stock we will contact you to resolve it in the best way. You have the right to cancel the purchase of the goods.

Payment method:
Hobbytronik offer several different payment methods.

    
Invoice: The invoice sent with your goods. You then have 30 days to pay. Late payment fee by the amount allowed by law at present 50 SEK and interest at 11%. In order to pay by invoice, you must provide your social security number and be registered at the declared address. A fee of SEK 20 is in addition to shipping charges. Only available for Swedish customers.
    
Prepayment: You pay the cost directly to Hobbytroniks bank transfer (5513-8994). If paying by bank transfer is not possible, you can transfer money directly to your bank account (IBAN: SE8580000803250046156956, BIC SWEDSESS). Once we have received your money, we will send your order. No costs in addition to shipping charges apply for this payment.
   PayPal: This is the recommended way of paying.

Shipping:
The shipping fee is added to all orders. Shipping charges recognized in connection with your agreement to your order.

Delivery times:
The order is normally sent out the next day and delivered within 2-5 workday working days depending on the payment and delivery methods.

Return policy:
You as an individual right, within 14 days of receipt regret your purchase. The cost of return postage you are responsible for. Upon return, we require that the goods are unused, in its original packaging and sent back along with original order documents. When we received the goods and can confirm that it is not damaged or use we will refund the amount you are given for the product / products. The refund is made within 30 days from the time we regained the item / s. Has the item been used, however, no money is paid back and the product is not sent in return. We will contact you in such cases.

You may not return the goods for cash on delivery. Such deliveries are not resolved out, this also applies to items that are not fully franked.

Complaint:
All our goods are normally 1 year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Your receipt is the warranty card so be careful to save it. All complaints must be reported immediately to the Hobbytronik via email or telephone. Complaints sent back before the notification will not be accepted!

If an item is discontinued or not in stock, we may replace it with a comparable product.

In any dispute we always follow the General Reklamationsnämdens (ARN) recommendation.

Other:
We reserve the right to change our prices and conditions without notice. It is important that you take advantage of our current conditions before you place an order. There are terms and prices when ordering that apply.

We reserve the obviously erroneous data and final sale.

A cookie is a small file that the web server on the website you visit saves on your computer.
